Pet Policy: NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS. Owner approval required with a maximum of 2 pets and maximum weight of 35 lbs. There is a non refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. Monthly pet rent ranges from $20.00 per pet. Required to submit a photo and up to date vet and shot records of pet prior to approval for pet.
